It has an extremely narrow and thin blade that stays sharp for a very long time.Ā This is a very flexible, delicate and precise kitchen knife. The handle is made of stainless steel with a texture TOJIRO named ā€œtornado patternā€ that prevents wet or greasy hand from slipping off. It is designed primarily for cutting meat (ham).
